Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or request and exchange for a new item. For details on how to expedite the return or exchange email us:

If the item you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately so that we may assess the issue and ship a replacement without return, if applicable.

We ship all domestic exchanges for free through our normal shipping service, typical turn around time is 1 business day! Feel free to change colors at this time too. But, PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS that are outlined in the returns/exchange email you will receive.

To receive a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn and in new condition. Don't worry about the original packaging, we don't necessarily need it back. We would prefer to have the item back pretty quickly (30 days). But, we understand that there are extenuating circumstances and you may need some additional time. If it has been a few months or more and you are not happy with the item, please send us a message and we will see what we can do to assist you and keep you as a happy, loyal customer.

After contacting us for your return or exchange, please print the pre-paid label we will email you, affix the label to any packaging of your choice and drop the package in the mail for the USPS. Again, please be sure to follow the instructions outlined in the email, to ensure that your request is properly processed.

The credit for your return will be applied to your original payment method. We do not refund shipping charges for international orders. Refunds will be processed within three to five receiving the return, depending on your financial institution. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

We do not offer prepaid labels for customers residing outside the U.S.. For these customers, please send back the item(s) to our address with your chosen shipping provider. If you are returning a shipment internationally, be sure to mark it with NO VALUE. Any international packages shipped to us that are marked with any value (thus imposing duty payment upon us) will be refused.
